I’m a versatile writer and editor with certificates in Crisis Communications and PR Measurement and Analytics from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). I have a B.S. degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and served as Chair of the PRSA Health Academy.
