I’m a versatile writer and editor with certificates in Crisis Communications and PR Measurement and Analytics from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). I have a B.S. degree from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and
served as Chair of the PRSA Health Academy.

My Greatest Passion

I am passionate about helping people to succeed through effective communication. I enjoy working with clients to find great story angles, and then bringing those stories to life in a variety of ways, such as generating media coverage in prominent news outlets. Many of the people for whom I’ve arranged media interviews had never received media coverage before. We can also tell your story on print, digital, and video channels.

Those who know me well would tell you I have been a trusted and effective consultant, partner and advisor, a person of integrity and creativity. I would like to put my experience and passion to work for you.

A Former Journalist

I began my career as a radio news reporter after graduating from Syracuse University with a B.S. degree in journalism. I covered every type of story you can imagine, from government, politics, and medical advances to transportation and education. I learned to get right to the heart of issues and write accurately and succinctly. Working as a reporter was a great training ground for my transition to public relations and, in particular, media relations.
